Register now for the the 2018 F1 in Schools™ Formula 1™ STEM Challenge  and 2nd Annual Cup of the Americas U.S. National Championships presented by DOWNSHIFT Powered by TEL in Partnership With The DiscoverSTEAM Foundation at the Circuit of The Americas™ Wednesday, June 13, 2018 to Saturday, June 16, 2018.
DOWNSHIFT ®  is working hard to put together another amazing competition complete with teams from ten different states across the UNITED STATES and several provinces across CANADA  as well as multiple countries from LATIN AMERICA competing head on in the F1 in Schools™ Formula 1 ® STEM Challenge PROFESSIONAL and ENTRY classes as well as exhibitions of the Land Rover’s 4×4 in Schools Technology Challenge and Jaguar Primary School Challenge.  In addition, participating students will continue to have access to some of today’s top Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) companies as well as university admission counselors and recruiters.

F1 in Schools participants design and manufacture a C02-powered car, analyze aerodynamics, and create marketing material. Regional, national, and international teams are judged on car speed, design documentation, verbal presentation, and marketing display.
