My name is Autumn Gaughan and I am currently a customer service representative here at ThinkEDU. Most of my career has been customer centric as I am a natural helper/fixer. I pride myself on my dedication, hard work ethic and passion for learning new things. For the past ten years I have held roles as Customer Service Supervisor, Executive Assistant, and Senior Staffing Consultant. My number one focus has always been to get the best results for the customers. I have served as an Ambassador for our local Better Business Bureau and have a passion for helping my local community. During my down time you can usually find me reading, hanging out with family and friends, or doing something sporting related.
