As the Director of Operations, Merry has over 30 years of Client and Customer Service management experience in the Educational and Academic market. Her previous experience as the Director of Customer Service for Journey Education, K12 & Post-Secondary Customer Service Supervisor at McGraw Hill Publishing and Macmillan K12 Publishing with specialized focus on DODDS/American International Schools and Premier Client accounts has allowed her to be a great asset at ThinkEDU.   Her greatest desire it to make our customers feel like family and make sure that they get premium service from ThinkEDU.
